OUR GUARANTEE

At Salon Eve, your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), our liability is limited. If you are not satisfied within one week of your appointment, please reach out to us by phone or in person. We will gladly correct your hair or replace your purchased product at no extra charge.

BOOKING POLICY

We strive to accommodate all booking requests. To ensure availability, please book at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of your service to secure your preferred appointment time.

You can book online, by calling us at 03 5298 1547, in person, or through our social media channels (Instagram and Facebook).

BOOKING DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Deposit Amount: Between $30 – $200 or up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the duration and type of service booked

Processing: Deposits are not processed until you confirm via phone or text. They will be processed either the week before or the week of your appointment.

CONFIRMATION PROCESS

You will receive a courtesy text message 3-4 days prior to your appointment to confirm. A response (YES or NO) is required. If we do not receive a response, a follow-up phone call will be made.

CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICIES

Cancellation within 24 hours: The deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

No Show: If you confirm your appointment and do not attend, the deposit will be retained as a no-show fee.

Cancellation before 24 hours: If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will remain on your account for your next appointment.

No Communication: If we do not receive a response to confirm or cancel your appointment, we will assume you no longer require it, and the appointment will be canceled. A cancellation fee may apply.

BOOKING SERVICE CHANGE

For any changes to a booked service (e.g., switching from a foils appointment to a toner and haircut), we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide this notice may result in a cancellation fee.

This policy helps us accommodate clients on our waiting list and manage our operations effectively. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!

LATE POLICY

As a service-based business, we ask that all clients arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, Salon Eve reserves the right to refuse service or reschedule your appointment for a more suitable time.

PAYMENT TERMS

Salon Eve requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. At Salon Eve we accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We also accept Salon Pay, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

PRIVACY

At Salon Eve, we prioritise your privacy. We collect personal information such as your name, email address, and contact details solely for service purposes. Rest assured, your information will never be shared or sold to third parties.
