Please read Salon Eve’s Terms and Conditions before your hair or makeup service.

Salon Eve has now been trading since December 2012 and as the years gone on we have experienced some little issues, which are now becoming a problem, which upsets the business and sadly takes away opportunities to fellow customers wanting appointments.

We, at Salon Eve take a lot of pride in our work being a small business, and we all want what works best for client and hairdresser, however we understand that life gets in the way and things can come out of the blue and appointments can’t be attended to so we ask that as a courtesy you give us a phone call to amend or cancel any appointments. This makes a big difference instead of a cancellation made on the day or to reply back to the reminder sms sent out at the start of the week.

Being a small business we rely on customers turning up to their appointments so that bills can be paid and stylists can also receive their hard earned cash!

Please be mindful that last minute cancellations usually cannot be re-filled and that it leaves stylists waiting around. Earliest possible notice of a change or cancellation is when appointments can be re-filled for fellow customers desperately needing the appointments.

Having said this, in order for Salon Eve to continue to function smoothly we now have implemented new policies to protect our business from loss of trading and give customers more options for available appointments.

PAYMENT TERMS

Salon Eve requires payment on completion of your appointment unless an alternative arrangement is made. At Salon Eve we accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa or MasterCard. We do not accept American Express or Diners Club.

BOOKING POLICY

We always do our best to meet your booking request. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking at least one week in advance. We recommend making future bookings at the end of each service to secure your ideal appointment time. Bookings can also be made online, by calling 03 5248 1547 or in person.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to keep your appointment, it must be cancelled 24 hours prior of your scheduled appointment. Failure to comply, will occur a cancellation fee of $40.

For cancellations received within 24 hours (the day of your appointment), a cancellation fee of $60 or the full cost of your appointment will apply.

You may be refused future appointments or asked to leave credit card details should you repeatedly cancel appointments.

CHANGE OF MIND

Change of mind of booked services are not able to be facilitated within 24 hours of your appointment time.

OUR GUARANTEE

Salon Eve’s liability is limited as permitted under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Should you however not be satisfied within a one week period of your original appointment, you need to contact Salon Eve via phone or in person regarding your grievance. Salon Eve will at no further cost to you correct your hair or replace your purchased product.

LATE POLICY

As hairdressing is an appointment based business, we ask that all Clients attend their appointments on time. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, Salon Eve reserve the right to refuse service or reschedule your appointment to a more suitable time.

COMPLIMENTARY REMINDER SMS

All clients will be sent a confirmation SMS 2-3 days prior to their appointment. Failure to confirm 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the appointment being cancelled.

Please note: it is an automated system and can only receive “YES” or “NO” responses, no personal messages.
